AI Content Disclosure Policy
Effective October 6, 2026 · VideoHub by Asphero · videohub.asphero.co
This is not legal advice. These pages explain how VideoHub by Asphero works and what we expect from people who use it. For legal questions, talk with a qualified lawyer.
VideoHub by Asphero can create AI-generated or AI-modified video, images, audio, and scripts. You are responsible for disclosing that content where the law or a platform’s rules require it.
When you need to disclose
Disclose content when a viewer could reasonably think a real person, event, or place is authentic and it is not. In particular:
- Realistic content that makes a real person appear to say or do something they did not say or do should be disclosed.
- Realistic scenes of events, places, or public figures that did not actually occur should be disclosed.
- Meaningfully AI-altered footage, voice, or images should be disclosed when a law or the destination platform requires it.
“Disclosed” means a clear, honest label or caption that a typical viewer will notice — not a hidden credit or a vague hint.
Platform rules
When you publish, follow the rules of the platform you use. That includes YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and any other network, advertiser, or marketplace. Those rules can require labels, watermarks, or metadata even when a local law does not. Platform policies change. Check them before you post.
Labels we may add
VideoHub by Asphero may add visible labels, watermarks, metadata, or notices where we think that is appropriate, including to meet a provider or platform requirement. A label from us does not replace your own duty to disclose. If we do not add a label, you still have to follow the law and the rules of the place you publish.
Fiction, animation, and stylized work
Creative, fictional, animated, or obviously stylized content may have different disclosure requirements than realistic footage of real people. You are still responsible for compliance. If a stylized piece could be mistaken for a real statement, event, or endorsement, treat it as something you need to disclose.
Related policies
Consent for faces, voices, and likenesses is covered in the consent guidelines. Prohibited uses are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
