Consent Guidelines

• Do not upload another person’s face, voice, image, or video without permission.
• Get written consent for commercial use where you can. A short message that clearly says what you will create, where it will run, and for how long is better than a vague “okay.”
• Get parent or guardian consent before you use a minor’s face, voice, image, or video. Sexual, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors is never allowed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Do not clone or imitate someone’s voice without permission, even if you only use a short sample.

Do not imply that a person, influencer, customer, employee, celebrity, public figure, or brand endorses you, your product, or your message unless they actually authorized that. A realistic face or voice can look like an endorsement even when the caption does not say so.

Before you upload, confirm you have the rights and consent for:

• Images, videos, and audio
• Voices, faces, names, and likenesses
• Logos, trademarks, and other brand assets
• Music, scripts, and third-party clips

If you are making ads or other business content, keep records of that consent. A saved email, release, or contract is enough to show who agreed, what they agreed to, and when.

Permission to create a video is not always permission to present it as real. Follow the AI Content Disclosure Policy when the result could mislead a viewer.
