Privacy Policy

Account and contact information. Email address, display name, password hash (we do not store your raw password), and optional Google account identifiers if you sign in with Google.

18+ confirmation. We store the fact that you confirmed you are at least 18 years old when you create an account. We do not ask for your date of birth.

Content you provide. Prompts, generation settings, project names, presets, campaign briefs, uploaded images, videos, and audio, and the videos or images the service generates for you.

Sensitive media. Face, voice, and likeness data should only be uploaded when you have consent from the person involved, or other lawful permission. See our consent guidelines.

Connected social accounts. If you connect Instagram or another platform, we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile data (such as username and account IDs) so we can publish on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Payment data. If you buy credits or enable auto top-up, Stripe processes the card. We store a Stripe customer id, a payment method id, and the card brand and last four so we can charge a saved card. We do not store full card numbers.

Device, browser, and usage data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser or device type, user agent, and timestamps, plus product usage needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use this information to:

• Provide the service and generate videos
• Manage your account and support requests
• Run billing and process payments
• Keep the product safe and prevent abuse
• Understand usage, debug failures, and improve the product
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms

Uploaded and generated content may be processed by service providers that help us run VideoHub by Asphero. We share data only as needed for that work:

• Third-party AI providers — prompts, media, and job settings so they can generate or modify video, images, or audio
• Cloud hosting providers — including DigitalOcean, for the app, database, and file storage
• Payment processors — Stripe, for checkout, saved cards, and auto top-up
• Analytics and support tools — if we use them, only to understand reliability, answer support, or keep the service secure
• Social platforms — such as Meta / Instagram, and TikTok when that connection is enabled, so we can authenticate and publish what you ask us to post

Those providers handle data under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected social accounts for advertising on our behalf unless you take that action in the product.

We keep account, generation, upload, and social-connection data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal duties.

You can delete individual generations in the studio and disconnect social accounts at any time. After you disconnect, we stop using those tokens for new posts. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected] or by following the data deletion instructions. Some records, such as payment entries Stripe must keep, may remain where the law requires it. Third-party AI providers may keep their own logs after we stop sending them requests.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing [email protected]. Where a law such as the GDPR or CCPA applies, you may also request a copy of your personal data or object to certain uses. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

You can update profile details in the studio, disconnect social accounts, and choose not to connect Google or Instagram.

VideoHub by Asphero is for people who are at least 18. We do not knowingly let anyone under 18 create an account. If you believe a minor has an account, email [email protected] and we will close it.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
