Terms of Service

VideoHub by Asphero is an AI-assisted video creation platform. It lets you upload materials, generate and edit video, store projects, and, if you connect social accounts, publish through third-party models and platforms. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, download, publish, or distribute. VideoHub by Asphero provides tools. It does not review every prompt or output before you use it.

VideoHub by Asphero is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You must confirm that you are 18 or older before you create an account. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the service, unless Asphero later introduces a separate flow that a parent or guardian approves.

You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, and outputs, to the extent the law and the model providers allow. You give Taneja Helix One Inc. a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only to operate VideoHub by Asphero — including sending it to third-party AI, hosting, and social providers when you use those features.

Before you upload, generate, download, publish, or share anything, you must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for:

• Uploaded images, videos, and audio
• Voices, faces, names, and likenesses
• Logos, trademarks, and brand assets
• Music, scripts, and third-party clips

Do not use another person’s face, voice, name, or likeness without consent. Do not upload copyrighted content without permission. Our consent guidelines explain what that means in practice.

You may not upload, generate, download, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual. That includes:

• Impersonation or misleading deepfakes
• Fake testimonials, fake reviews, misleading endorsements, or deceptive advertising
• Political manipulation, fraud, scams, or misinformation
• Content involving minors unless you have proper parental or guardian consent — and never sexual, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors
• Copyrighted material, trademarks, music, or brand assets you do not have permission to use

VideoHub by Asphero may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access when we believe these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law has been violated, or when a project creates legal, safety, or security risk. We do not promise to monitor every generation.

Some generation uses credits. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed when a job is submitted. If you enable auto top-up, we charge the saved payment method when your balance falls below your threshold or a job needs more credits than you have. We may refund credits when a generation fails on our side. Fees already paid to model providers may be non-refundable. Prices can change with notice in the product. Connecting Instagram or other social accounts is optional. When you connect an account, you authorize us to obtain tokens and to publish videos and captions you request (including scheduled campaigns). You can disconnect at any time. The platform’s own terms also apply. We are not responsible for account bans, takedowns, or API changes by Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

VideoHub by Asphero does not guarantee platform approval, monetization, virality, sales, or ad performance. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or rejected by the place you try to publish them. You decide whether a result is fit to use.

If a claim, demand, or dispute is brought against Taneja Helix One Inc., Asphero, or VideoHub by Asphero because of content you upload, generate, download, publish, or distribute — or because you broke these Terms — you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless. That means you cover the resulting losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.

The service is provided “as is.” Taneja Helix One Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent the law allows. Outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to VideoHub by Asphero is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, even if we were told those damages were possible.

Generation quality, availability, and safety filters depend on third-party AI model providers. Social features depend on those platforms. Their outages or policy changes can affect VideoHub by Asphero.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal or security risk. Sections that should survive — including payment, the content license for completed jobs, indemnification, the disclaimer, and limitation of liability — will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. If you continue to use VideoHub by Asphero after an update, you accept the new Terms.
