Copyright / DMCA Policy

Copyright owners, or someone authorized to act for them, can email a takedown notice to [email protected]. Use the subject line “Copyright takedown.”

Include all of the following:

• The copyright owner’s name
• Contact information, including an email address and phone number if you have one
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was used
• The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing content on VideoHub by Asphero
• A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
• Your signature, physical or electronic

If a notice is incomplete, we may ask you to fix it before we act. If we remove or disable content, we may tell the user who posted it.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. Include your name and contact information, the content that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts that would hear a dispute (or, if you are outside the United States, that you will accept service of process), and your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the content if we receive a valid counter-notice and the complainant does not tell us they have filed a court action within a reasonable time. Restoring content does not mean we decided who owns the copyright.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We decide what counts as a repeat pattern based on the notices we receive and the circumstances of each case.
