Refund Policy

Credits are used to run generations. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Credits are consumed when a job is submitted.

If a generation fails on our side, we refund the credits for that job automatically. You do not need to open a support ticket for a failed job’s credits to return. Fees we have already paid to a model provider for a job that ran may be non-refundable.

Credit-pack purchases and auto top-up charges are processed by Stripe. Once credits have been delivered to your account, those purchases are generally non-refundable, except where we made a billing error or the law requires a refund.

If VideoHub by Asphero offers a subscription or another recurring charge, canceling stops future charges. A period that has already started is not automatically refunded unless the law requires it. Check the billing screen in your account for the plan you actually bought.

Generated videos, images, and audio are digital outputs. We do not refund a successful generation because you dislike the result, a platform rejects the post, or the content does not produce views, sales, or ad performance.

For a billing error or a refund question, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the charge date, the amount, and a short description of the problem. We review those requests individually. Asking does not guarantee a cash refund.
