Taneja Helix One Inc. operates VideoHub by Asphero at videohub.asphero.co. This page explains how to disconnect social accounts and delete your personal data from our service, including data received from Meta / Instagram when you connect an account.

Disconnect Instagram or other social accounts

Sign in to VideoHub by Asphero.
Open Studio → Social → Accounts.
Use Disconnect Instagram for one account, or Disconnect Facebook to remove that Facebook login and all Instagram accounts linked through it.

After disconnecting, we stop using stored OAuth tokens for new posts. Existing post history may remain until you delete your account.

Revoke access in Facebook / Meta

Open Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
Find Asphero / VideoHub by Asphero.
Remove the app to revoke access tokens on Meta’s side.

Delete your VideoHub account

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete my VideoHub account.

We will delete or anonymize, within 30 days:

Your account profile and login credentials
Encrypted Instagram / social OAuth tokens
Campaigns, runs, captions, and scheduling data
Studio projects, prompts, presets, and generation metadata
Videos and images stored in our storage bucket for your account
Billing references needed only to operate your account (Stripe customer records may be retained as required by law)

What we cannot delete for you

Content already published to Instagram remains on Instagram until you delete it there. Third-party AI providers may retain API logs under their own policies after we stop sending requests.
